Transforming Limiting Beliefs

Everyone has an inner critic in their mind that likes to create judgment, doubt, and fear. As a society, most people have spent so much time listening to this inner critic in our mind that we have muffled out and forgotten about the supportive uplifting voice that is in our mind too! Once we can start to bring light to this inner critic and the limiting beliefs housed there in our subconscious mind that keeps us feeling blocked or stuck we can learn to transmute them into beliefs that can help propel us forward.
Join Courtney Youphoriafy for this Transforming Limiting Beliefs workshop as we navigate how to identify what it is that is holding you back and limiting you from accomplishing the things you truly want in life. We will learn to acknowledge these beliefs that have kept us safe this far in our journey and then let them go so we can build up a new neural path to support us in creating our desired life reality. Leave this workshop feeling not only uplifted but with a technique you can use daily to shift you out of those dense stuck feelings into a state of empowerment!
Bring a notebook or journal along with a pen to write with for this workshop.
We have continued to exceed CDC guidelines at Yogaterrium, so spaces are limited.
